Cara Memasak / Cooking Method:
1. Masukkan 1 pek (100g) pes ke dalam periuk, kemudian goreng bersama 500g makanan laut selama 10 minit.
Pour one packet (100g) of instant paste into a pot, fried with 500g seafood for 10 minutes.
2. Tambahan 25-50g air dan 50g sayur-sayuran.
Add in 25-50g water and 50g of vegetables.
3. Perlahankan api dan masak lebih kurang 10 minit.
Reduce to low heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
4. Tambah 25ml santan atau susu skim, didihkan kemudian hidang.
Lastly, add in 25ml of coconut milk or skimmed milk, serve well.
